For some reason during pregnancy women with UTIs rarely have painful urination, so you cannot use that as a symptom. It might just be your kidneys working extra hard, which is normal during pregnancy, but it could be a UTI. (Pregnant women are more prone to UTIs). It should be easy for your OB or midwife to check a urinalysis. Best wishes for a happy and uneventful pregancy.
