One year out from the surgery, I do not think this is a post op healing issue. You probably need to do what is called the birth control cascade. As you have been bleeding for so long, the lining is very thin and needs quick healing. One birth control pill daily wont cut it. Call your doc and get this taken care of...Dr. von Almen
