UROGYNECOLOGY: Midurethral sling surgery 5-1/2 months ago.

I had a midurethral sling surgery 5-1/2 months ago for stress incontinence. Now I have developed soreness and a lump behind the incision in the right groin. The incision on the left side is fine. I noticed this a few weeks ago but it went away, but now is back again. Could this be a reaction to the sling, or scar tissue at the incision, or simply a normal healing process, and/or should I just be patient and see if it goes away permanently. I see my uro. not until April, but not sure if I should call now or not. I really don't want to be concerned if it is nothing.
