I went into an OB GYN over a month ago to figure out my pain in the area of my left ovary.. I previously in the summer of 2006 went into an ob gyn for sharp knife like pains shooting from my pelvis up to my abdomen. He said that is was likely endometriosis and put my on birth control.. now I have had a ultra sound and a cyst was found that was 3 X 4 cm big. I went in this last monday and they said the cyst hadn't shrunk and there were two solid masses reaching in that concerned them and took a blood sample to be run for Ca125. They didn't say much to me and I am scared. I also have pain on my bladder like I cant completely empty it and it hurts when its full and after urination.. I have all of a sudden gotten tons, i mean TONS of leg spasms.. out of control that dont hurt but are annoying.. my lower back aches 90% of the time and i get piercing pains through my upper abdomen and left side of my chest.. I dont know if some of it is just normal or if it is a concern. I am only 22 and very concerned. Someone give me advise?
