Re: VAGINALFLATULENCE: Vaginal Flatulence

Somehow, pockets of air are being released causing a noise similar to the vaginal flatulence that some women experience during or after sex; however, this is happening without having sex.

I did find a few other reports of women that had experienced this; however, most times it occurred during or after sex or with women that had recently had a child and developed a rectal-vaginal fistula which I don't think is the case here since I've only starting experiencing this problem within the past several months and I gave birth ten years ago. If this was the case, wouldn't this problem have surfaced years ago?? There was also some speculation that this could be caused by a prolapsed uterus...if this was the case, wouldn't my OB/GYN have informed me of this or is this something that could've occurred recently??

Hallo anoniempje,

groetjes, Sylvia
