There is much discussion about Cesarean birth for maternal request. Afterall, women can request a face lift, or in your case, pelvic floor reconstruction. The best decision depends on many factors, among them how many more pregnancies would you like and do you need pelvic floor reconstruction yet. If you want several more pregnancies and you are in need of reconstruction now, an argument could be made to have vaginal deliveries and then reconstruction, 1 operation. If you want only this one and are not in need of reconstruction, cesarean is reasonable. If you are in need of repair now I would recommend another vaginal birth then surgery for prolapse and incontinence. After the first birth, subsequent births can be significantly easier. Hope this helps.
