Re: ANATOMY: Absent labia minora and clitoral hood

None of my ob/gyns have ever said anything about it. I've been pregnant twice, and delivered both of those times. I'm 44. I did have regular periods, but had an elective hysto after my second child was born, about 12 years ago. I have major body/gender dysphoria -- always have -- and now identify as a butch lesbian (teetering at the brink of identifying as transgender.) I've pretty much always felt I was "boy-brained," and I've lately been completely obsessed with figuring out if my genitalia somehow reflects a genetic predisposition to this.

If someone could just ANSWER THE QUESTION about how common it is to completely lack labia minora or a clitoral hood -- that would help a lot. BTW, I don't mean my clitoris is exposed -- just that it's covered by smooth flat skin that doesn't really retract much My clit is just kinda buried under there.

And yes, I have mindblowing orgasms. But didn't until I embraced my sexual and gender orientation, and started having sex with women.
