My gyn said it was due to the fact that I had the yeast infection right before my period. She prescribed Diflucan, and it cleared up. Now I have another infection with no orange discharge until I started taking another course of Diflucan. I have taken two pills of Diflucan (as prescribed) and the orange discharge started after the second pill. Is this a side effect of the Diflucan? What else could be causing the orange discharge? I did not see my gyn the second time, just called in and talked to her.
