MENOPAUSE: Osteopenia at 35, what can i do?From: Aldara (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 7 Nov 2007 19:57:12 -0600 (CST)
I have very bad osteopenia with t-2.4. I just found out during a yearly checkup, and had the test repeated due to the uncommon results. I gave birth to twins 8 months ago, and have another 2 year old. I took calcium during both pregnancies. Anybody has any idea what the best treatment can be for my case? I am only 35 years old, so no sign of menopause yet, and as far as I know my estrogen has always been at the right level. No issues with period, got pregnant very easy both times, so I'm really stomped and scared. I will appreciate the help.
