I do not know of any concrete #, just a lot of anecdotal evidence. Mine is section #7, placenta previa and a placenta percreta, almost into the bladder, hysterectomy, 7 bottles of blood, lots of coagulation factors, not to mention 5 weeks in hospital prior to delivery for her previa bleeding.

I had done her previous surgeries, and she to was clean with a well formed lower segment on her past surgeries.

I do not want to have a case like that any time soon. Hope this helps...Dr. von Almen
