Hi there, i am a 22 year old with no significant medical history. for the last 3 months i have been experencing a constant dull aching pain in my RLQ. i recently went for an ultrasound which stated that i have a 5mm cyst in the subendothelial myometrium of my uterus. is this something to worry about? and could it be possible cause for my pain? also states that my endimetrial thickness is 3mm thick. is this normal?
