There is no way to answer the constipation question without a lot of additional information. As for the c and s, that is medical lingo for "with" and "without." Your doctor ordered a CAT scan of the abdomen with and without oral contrast. You drink the contrast so your intestines "light up" on the CAT scan, making it easier to see different organs.
