My neice is having the same problem and we are getting nowhere it seems. Her skin is thinning around the vaginal opening and has made intercourse almost impossible. They started her on an estrogen cream and it seemed to help but then she had what they thought may have been a TIA so they took her off of it and it is bad again. Her symptoms are they same as yours. We are also looking for an answer. Someone has got to know! Please help.
