OVARIANCANCER: Cyst after partial hysterectomy

I had a CT scan done two days ago the revealed a "baseball" size ovarian cyst on my remaining ovary. My MD was adament about getting it tested and out quickly. I fought infertility and was never able to concieve and had so many problems with my period that I had a partial hysterectomy four years ago. I am concerned that I am at a higher risk for this being cancer after researching online. My abdomen is very bloated and that was the main reason I went to the doc in the first place. Any info or guidence would be very appreciated.

The pain is increasing but I do not have health insurance, is there a possibility that this cyst will take care of itself given the size and other factors?
