unprotected sex will not cause your period to be late, unless you get pregnant as a result. I doubt this is an STD as well. I would have the prolactin rechecked, otherwise, you sound like you are having hormonal irregularity, and usually this is treated with the pill if you can take it, or cyclic progestational agents.
