Today (this afternoon and evening) I've had very sharp knife-like pains in my lower abdomen. It alternates sides. The pain is very strong - takes my breath away sometimes - but it lasts only 30 seconds or so and is gone. I have no bleeding or cramping. Is it normal or should I call my OB tomorrow?
