PREGNANCY: Scared to ttc after a miscarriage

Hi,

I think my periods return on Sunday. I think because it is very light and I thought that I was supposed to loose much more blood... Anyway I guess there's no set rule for this.

Anyway we're going to try to conceive again this cycle. But I'm really worried about miscarrying. My miscarriage was diagnosed when I was at week 11. The embryo was the size of a week 5 or 6, first they saw a very weak heartbeat, a few days later there was none anymore and I started bleeding heavily.

Is there anything I could do to reduce the risk of miscarriage? I'm taking folic acid supplements as advised by my gynecologist but that's about it.
