GYNECOLOGIC: Folliculitis - is that it really?

Hi,

I posted a few weeks ago about having big red painful lumps on my labia majora.

I went to see the gynecologist who said it was folliculitis probably from the fact I had to wear pads for almost a month with my missed miscarriage. She gave me Kefexin (anitbiotics) for 10 days. Now 6 days on the antibiotic course I have noticed another spot growing. It hurts really much. I don't squeeze or touch them at all. They are not white, like acnea pimple if you see what I mean, there's no "head" to them. It just very large lumps, very hard and painful. The one I had before that was about 4cm long and 2 cm large. What can I do now? It hurts so much that I can't walk properly or sit (they are very swollen and uncomfortable). Is there any ways I can relieve the pain and swelling? I tried hot shower on the area it doesn't do anything.

I also had a vaginal infection (due to me making too much bacteria for my flora to cope according to the gynecologist) so I got treated for that too with vaginal gel. I finished the 5-day course yesterday but I'm not getting quite much white discharge, is that normal? I was also prescribed one pill of anti-yeast medication.

I would appreciate any advise. For the folliculitis in doesn't look like the kind of rash you get from shaving, more like cycsts.
