GYNECOLOGIC: Position of the Cervix

Hi

I have a problem having sex as my partner seems unable to penetrate me, no matter what position we try. When I went for a smear test, the nurse said I had a backwards cervix, but that this would not affect my chances of conceiving or having sex. I have explored myself and it does seem that the cervix is very curved and I can't see how my partner's penis could bend that way. I have large labia which hang down too, which makes the entrance to my vagina difficult to reach.

Does anybody have a similar experience or any suggestions as to what to do? I'm too embarassed to go to a doctor as I have been on the pill, pointlessly it seems as we cannot have full sex. It's really frustrating and I don't want to live my life like this. Please help if you can.
