I had my normal breast tenderness before i was supposed to menstruate but now its a week later and my breasts have gotten progressively sore and tender. I have been on this BCP for about a year and have skipped my period like this before using the pills but the breast soreness always goes away right when i start the new pack. I have never experienced this intensity of tenderness before and am scared this might be an early sign that i'm pregnant, or is it just hormones? Any thoughts? Thanks!
