Can someone please tell me why it is so difficult to take HRT without so many different opinions of what is harmfula nd what isnt? I am 44 and stopped taking premarin two years ago. Since then I have "swung" it alone. I sweat profusely which makes me miserable in the summer, have absolutely no sex drive at which I am finding it harder and harder to even achieve an orgasim. I had a total Hysterectomy when I was 39 and over the past 5 yrs I have gained about 30 lbs. I did not have any weight issues before. I also went up two breast sizes and have problems sleeping. i am so confused between the internet and all the different doctors' opinions that I simply stopped taking all HRT. I am now wondering if i should be taking "something" to help produce testosterone and estrogen and if it would make a difference in my day to day life. Can someone please verify?? I am desperate for answers and would like to have a good sexual relationship again with my husband.....before he looks elswhere. Thank you so much
