PREGNANCY: pregnant with negative blood tests

I have been on birth control for 4 months and have had a withdrawal bleed every month. The last time I had intercourse was July 15. I have since had the scheduled withdrawal bleed every month, but have still felt wierd, so I've taken about 20 HPT's and they've all come back negative, with the exception of one that I left sitting out and looked at it 3 hours later and it had some pink where a positive would have been but not a full line. So, that scared me enough to go get a qualitative blood test the next day, which turned out to be negative. Still being over paranoid, I went a week later and had another qual. blood test done, which also came out negative. I would be anywhere from 10-12 weeks along if I am pregnant. My question is, Would being that far along make my HCG levels too high to register on the qualitative blood test or would the results be accurate?
