All good questions, and I am not able to answer them as I do not have all the pieces to the puzzle. I would wait for the sonogram and then your gyn's exam. After that, he will put all the pieces together. The possibilities are endless from what you are presenting at this time, so it is better you wait for all the information. Good Luck...Dr. von Almen
