You probably have several things going on....some of the effects of the Tamoxafin on your hormonal system, and the issues surrounding Perimenopause. I like the book Before the Change,which is all about Perimenopause. The author has some great suggestions for getting things into balance. It is possible from ovulation onwards the symptoms you are experiencing are from altered hormones. It is sad they haven';t gotten back to you, as it sounds like there are some concerns that need close follow up.
