I would recommend you do talk with our OB provider, and receive treatment. The risks of a postpartum type, or even prenatal infection to you and your baby outweighs whatever concerns you might have. If you were treated early in pregnancy, that is the more critical time for medications. My opinion is that you need to go into labor as healthy as possible, and this includes vaginal infections or any type: yeast, BV, Etc. BV commonly comes and goes, so your situation is common...
