I sufferd a vaginal tear on 9/1. I had my last normal period 8/21. When i went to the ER for the tear they had to pack me an cathiderize me to wait for gyno to get there to take a look. Since then I have been peeing alot, is this a result of the cathida?? Also I got my period late and it has been very wierd. Only lasted 2 days, very lite (only blood when I wipe) then a day of brown blood and gone. Now today I have bright red blood again only when I wipe and i just have like dull cramps off and on no real cramps like usual, i also usually have a very heavy flow for 5 days. Could all this be a result of the tear or is something else going on?? I have never had such a strange period and i'm very concerned. At first I thought maybe I was pregnant but then i have the spotting so i'm very confused. Could someone please give me some answers. Thanks
