Yes, I have had 2 male OB/GYN doctors that were unprofessional. One of them was smart enough to get out of the OB/GYN field and now operates a medical spa (although I still wouldn't trust him enough to get a Botox injection from him -- he clearly had a dislike of women). The other doctor is actually still in practice as an OB/GYN 10 years later, so I guess that means some women must have had good experiences with him??? I have a terrific male OB/GYN right now, and it is clear that he has nothing but respect for his female patients and chose this field because he wanted to be able to help women. And, he does! I have never been treated unprofessionally or in a condescending manner. What's ironic is his female colleague is the one who called me "honey," "sweetie," and patted my hand when I saw her on one occasion when he was out of the office. I'm sure it was just her style, but it got on my nerves anyway.
