No cause was found but they found, accidentally, an ovarian cyst on my right ovary. I have not had any symptoms, no problems, no pain, nothing at all. They are now going to do an ultrasound to see if the cyst has changed in size. Will this cyst just disappear of its own accord or will it need to be removed? Is there a risk of an ovarian cyst becoming malignant? I am 44, commenced menses at 12 and have had no pregnancies. Thank you!
