Irregular bleeding is very common after being on DepoProvera. It took about 2 years for me to get a period after the last injection (give or take).
As for the breast issues, you really need to see your doc about it. Further, you haven't been back to the OBGYN for a year, so it is time to get a check up. Call and make an appt. tomorrow.
