There is no support for using Lupron preoperatively. Some studies
have shown a synergistic effect if Lupron is used for 3-6 months
postoperatively. We do not use this approach as the best evidence is
that through excision of the disease gives you the best result both
for symptoms (pain) and fertility. I would suggest using a known
expert to do your surgical treatment.
