MENSTRUALPAIN?: Is it or isn't it menstrual pain?

I had a uterine ablation three years ago so virtually have no periods. I occasionally spot and I occasionally suffer mild menstrual pain. This month is, however, unusual. I have had over a week of what appears to be menstrual pain/symptoms - low back and low abdominal discomfort, nausea, loose bowels. No bleeding though. And no treatment is working - ibuprofen, Pamprin, heating pad, etc. A phone call to the Dr. got a wait & see response. She's not sure it is menstrual. Said to check back in a couple days. In the meantime, I'm miserable!
