I have adenomyosis, I am 30 years old. i have abdominal pain and cramping, spotting, heavy periods with lots of clots. I had a d and c to no help but do not want an ablation. The ob told me ablation may make the pain worse. My doc recommended a partial hysterectomy but I am too afraid..so I will just stick it out I guess.
