CHRONICPAIN: Gynecologic, Urogynecologic, Urology, Digestive??? Cystoscopy necessary?

I have a whole host of symptoms. I have constant pain in my pelvic region that moves about from side to side, lower, higher, back to font and in terms of severity, but at least some mild pain is always there. It is definately exacerbated by exercise, or any kind of sexual activity (even getting aroused can cause intense pain). I also have very heavy periods with massive cramps and a lot of blood clots, and I'm always gassy. So I'm thinking uterine fibroids but ultra sounds show nothing as of to date. Supposedly I had PID after an episode of chlamydia 3 years ago, but a laparoscopy shows nothing, and a dye test only shows one blocked tube. My doctor has sent me to a urologist now who wants to do a cystoscopy but other than pelvic pain and microscopic blood in the urine I have no bladder symptoms (ie. urinary frequency, urgency or buring etc., none). So I don't think I have a bladder problem, especially when all other urinanalysis tests show no infections, kidney problems etc. What angle should I pursue this from? What could I have, doctors just keep throwing tests at me that keep coming up negative (not surprising since they keep testing me for conditions my symptoms DON'T MATCH and otherwise are basically stumped).

Thanks for any advice.
