CHRONICPAIN: Painful bowel movements with vaginal bleeding

I would like to get some insight on what might be wrong with me. The last two months have been painful to say the least. It started with constipation about a week before my period (I should note that I have been on Yasmin b/c for the last 4 yrs and have had very regular periods). My period then came 2 days early and started out normal blood red then the next day it was yellowish brown, then it went back to normal blood but much lighter than normal for 4 days. I had sex the day after my period ended and there was spotting afterwords which NEVER happends. After that I was still constipated. Exactly one week before my next period I woke up to a bloodly discharge from my vagina, agian this is not normal and have never had breakthrough bleeding while taking the active b/c pills. From that moment forward I proceeded to have VERY painful bowel movements, mostly in the morning hours, every day since, it has been 8 days to date,(I am currently on my period which came on time but is VERY heavy). The pain was so intense I thought about going to the ER more than once. But then I would actually pass some bowel (after about 5 pain episodes) and I would be ok the rest of day, except for some mild cramping. I am getting scared and want some relief but all I got from the docs is that it IBS, I don't see how that could be related to my period or bloody vaginal discharge. FYI my doc has told me that I have a tilted uterus and she always feels something hard-like on the left side when she does an exam. Ultra sound has showed nothing. Please Help.
