CHRONICPAIN: Pelvic pain /hemmoraggic cystFrom: sarah (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 21 Sep 2007 05:33:34 -0500 (CDT)
Hi can someone advice please. Ive had severe pelvic pain for a few months it involved trips to A&E.I was told it was "MIDCYCLE" pain even though i wasnt midcycle.I basically was too and frowed from GP To hospital until something was done and i had a scan. The scan picked up a ruptured hemmoragic cyst 2.5cm.I was told it would all heal i would be ok etc. The pain has continued again ended up in "A&E" another few times as pains are horrendous - given morphine sent home!- no further scans- again told "Midcycle"Pains. I have been to see a consultant( didnt see the actual consultant ) but a doctor in his place - been told nothing wong with me??? Since then more trips to A& E , etc given morphine . The pain is horrendous when it starts , feel sick cant move , stand or walk , pain is in pelvic area.I feel like im being fobbed off all the time. Any advice ? I have a dull like period pain most days .The severe pain rarely .
