I did not have to think about this decission for very long. Only because I have put up with this since I was 12 (I am now 36!) from treatment to treatment everything has not worked, so right now it just seems a little rediculous to keep going like this. (having my period for 8 weeks has simply given me the pips!). Well, not this condition on it's own since I was 12, but numerous other conditions as well. It is good to be able to speak to someone who also is going through this as well. My pre-op appointment is coming up on the 1st oct. My actual surgery is scheduled for the 22nd oct. Hopefully we can keep in contact and give each other some support. I have many questions I have armed myself with to ask my surgeon. I hope everything goes ok with you and that you also come to a decission that is best for you. Please keep in touch and let me know how things are going.
