PREGNANCY: Drain cleaner fumes - am I at risk?

Hi,

I am two months pregnant, and today at work the drains were treated with a chemical cleaner that let off really foul smelling fumes - I inhaled once at close quarters before leaving the area, but then was in the building for about half an hour in rooms where the smell had reached. I keep thinking I can still smell it now even though I am at home. Is there a chance this exposure could harm the baby and how would I know?
