Four days ago I had a cervical polyp removed. My doctor informed me that I would spot bleed for a couple of days. However, it has now been four days and my doctor's office is closed today. What should I do concerning this? Is it something I need to worry about or should I just let it run it's course? The bleeding is practically nothing and at times seems to be gone and then it comes back again. I also received all of my tests back from the pap smear and the polyp (it is benign) and everything looks perfect, so I don't want to worry if it's unnecessary. Please give me some clarity. Thank you!
