I would suspect this is a yeast associated rash under your breast. Please contact your gym for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. The same would be for the cesarean scar. Someone needs to look at it. Your gyn providers are familiar with looking at the female breast, and will not be embarrassed by it.
