GENERAL: Pulse rate

My question is probably unrelated to Ob/Gyn issues, but I'll post it anyway to see if anyone can help.

I have had really bad headaches since the end of June (every day). My PCP has me on 2 extended release Propranolol caplets in the morning and 1 ER Propranolol in the evening. I'm also taking Flexeril (a muscle relaxer) three times a day and 2400mg of Asacol (for Colitis). I just finished a one week regimin of metronidazole for bacterial vaginosis.

The propranolol has lowered my blood pressure a lot (it usually stays at about 100/60 but has gone down to about 90/50 - it used to be 120/80 before the meds). It had lowered my pulse as well (to about 55 bpm). But in the last few days, my pulse rate has gone up considerably - it's now about 85 - 90 bpm but my BP is still on the low/normal side. Is this something I should call my doctor about? I know that the numbers themselves probably aren't that alarming, but I'm not sure if it has something to do with all the meds I'm taking. I also have a cold right now and there is a possibility I might be pregnant - I should know in a few days.

Anyone have any advice?
