CONTRACEPTION: going off the pill - is this normal?From: meems (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 10 Sep 2007 20:46:51 -0500 (CDT)
I quit taking my pills after about 10 days into my pack. Now, about 5 days later, I have cramping and bleeding as if I were having a period. Is this a true period? Could I be pregnant now or is that impossible since I am bleeding? Could I get pregnant if I have sex now, while I am currently bleeding? I'm confused as to what is happening with my body right now. Will my cycle now "reset" itself? I am trying to get an appointment to see an ob-gyn but nobody will take an appointment during non-business hours or answer my questions over the phone, and unfortunately I cannot miss work. Please help!
