I am not underweight or particulalry overweight, i dont go to the gym often (despite my best intentions!) and do not feel particulalry stressed. I was hoping someone may be able to point me in the direction of more information, as my consultant was not very helpful. apparently I have to go on the pill or hrt as am at serious risk of osteoporosis, but is there treatment for the actual problem? I have not had periods for well over a year, is there a chance of them returning on their own? I do not want to get pregnant at the moment but would like to in later years.
