First there are a couple of "no ways". Endo isn't going to grow that
fast. Ultrasound cannot see endometrial implants. However, cystic
ovarian endometriosis (endometriomas) can be seen on ultrasound and
adenomyosis may also be suggested with this technology. Best to ask
your doc what he saw at laparoscopy. It may be that a definitive
surgery would be best in this case. If so find a good endo specialist
who will do this laparoscopically and who will remove all endo
implants. It may be that your ovaries are able to be spared but it is
likely that in this case the uterus may need to be removed. Good luck.
