MENORRHAGIA: HELP! IS this PMS, a missed period or is it delayed?

Hi, I am confused about my situation. I am a dancer/yoga/fitness instructor and I am training for a photoshoot for a fitness magazine. I have been exercising twice a day for the last 2.5 weeks since I got the call from my agent. I have been doing an hour of cardio in the morning and then toning/yoga and light cardio in the evening. I don't normally do this, but I am taking pics on Friday and need to be tight. Unfortunately, I have PMS symptoms (actually was moody last week and this week bloating, short tempered, tired, bloated during sex, etc). I feel like I would have gotten my period by now and I think I am either late or I am not getting it now. Would I still have PMS symptoms if I am going to miss it? I realize that with extreme training this can happen and I am ok with that, but I am curious if it IS going to still come, or if I just experienced the symptoms without the bleeding. Any insight to this would be great. I am hoping it won't come because I have to shoot pictures on Friday and don't really want to be bloated for that. Thanks for the help...
