GYNECOLOGIC: pain

Hi,

So I went to the gynocologist about four weeks ago, and had an exam and a pap smear, and everything was fine. But about two weeks later I came down with bronchitis (not related, clearly) and had to go on amoxicyllan for fourteen days. I'm in the middle of the treatment, and I'm having itching and redness in the vulvar region and even spreading backwards towards the anus. The skin is raw, to the degree that if I brush it too hard with toilet paper it bleeds. I'm not sure - is this a yeast infection, or do I need to go back to the doctor?
