It is situated directly beside the fetus (11 weeks), maybe even attached to its back or part of it? It is about twice the size of the fetus though and it looks to be attached to the uterine wall. It may not be a mass though, just a white area that is showing up on an ultrasound. I have the image but I can't post it to the forum.
