PREGNANCY: Subchorionic Bleed

I'm pregnant with quadruplets. I just went in for a regular check-up and on the ultrasound report I noticed it said there was a subchorionic bleed near baby A. I have had no bleeding or spotting or cramping so I had no idea this was there. Should I be really worried about this? Thanks.
