That would be my opinion, but its your gyn provider that needs to explain this to you. The various tests being done are commonly used diagnostic tools. The thickness of the uterine lining is important, as are the types of cells found on an EMB. Sometimes they are precancerous, and sometimes they are normal. It sounds like he wants to collect all of the data before saying anything more, and so far nothing you have said sounds serious. An ultrasound and EMB are pretty well the standard for this kind of diagnosis.
