I've been taking ciprofloxacin 250 mg 3 times a day for the past 2 days, but I actually feel worse. I have pain in my side and back, and I feel like I have chills. No fever though. Is it possible for a UTI to get worse on antibiotics before it gets better, or does this mean the antibiotic is not working?? Thank you for any information.
