Sunday starts with 21 day pills give you your period during the week, not on weekends. If you start a 24 day pack on a sunday, your period will probably come fri/sat or sun, thus on the weekend, so we have moved it to a wednesday start, thus you take sugar pills saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday and usually have period on sunday/monday. Preg is possible, alto unlikely with backup protection...Dr. von Almen
